Is the $7.62 per-trade minimum a marketing claim or a guarantee?

It's a hard filter. Every signal we send to Telegram and Discord clears at least $7.62 of net edge after Polymarket taker fees on $1,000 of capital. Smaller spreads exist all the time — we don't send those. If you execute one of our signals at the suggested size and it clears less than $7.62, we credit you a free month.

How is 40ms possible when other Polymarket bots are ~800ms?

We pay for Polymarket's higher-rate API tier instead of the free public endpoint, the scanner runs on infrastructure co-located near Polymarket's relayer, and both legs are submitted as a single signed batch instead of serial calls. Public bots running off the free Gamma endpoint plus a Discord webhook are typically 700-1000ms end-to-end.

Is the bot ready to use today, or is it a beta?

It's live. The scanner has been running 24/7 since 2025. Telegram and Discord alert channels are firing. The non-custodial bot is built and battle-tested. The day you pay, you're in — there's no waitlist and no "day-the-bot-ships" anymore. That ship sailed.

Why crypto-only?

Lowest friction for our customer base — you already hold USDC for Polymarket. No card processor, no chargebacks, no KYC, no failed-payment dance.

Why $99/month and not a one-time fee?

The scanner consumes paid API quota every minute, the alert infrastructure runs 24/7, and we ship updates weekly. The first 100 customers are grandfathered at $99 forever, even when we raise the price.

What if I send less than $99?

We'll email you with what's missing and how to top up. Easier to send $1-2 extra than to underpay.

How long until access?

Usually under an hour during business hours. We confirm the tx on-chain manually and DM the Telegram + Discord invites from @polyarb_founder.

Refunds?

Crypto payments are non-refundable, but if you're unhappy in the first 7 days we'll refund manually to the same address you paid from.
